By accessing or using the Fedroclean website, the visitor agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Fedroclean is a registered trademark dedicated to providing personalized cleaning and maintenance services, operating in Portimão and surrounding areas.

2. Website Use
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content of this site without prior written authorization from Fedroclean.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when filling out forms or requesting services through the platform.

3. Services Offered
Fedroclean offers professional services in domestic and commercial cleaning, general maintenance, and green space care.

Services are tailored to each client’s specific needs and may be contracted by plan, hourly rate, or type of intervention.

All prices presented are approximate and subject to a free prior estimate or technical visit, with no obligation for the client.

4. Privacy Policy
The personal data collected (name, email, phone number, address, etc.) is used solely for communication, sending estimates, and executing the requested services.

Fedroclean is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients and visitors.

5. Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, MB Way, cash, or other previously agreed methods.

Regular plans: the first service is paid upon booking, and subsequent ones after the final visit of the month. After the first month, payments may be made monthly.

One-time or per-piece services: 30% upon booking and the remaining balance after the service is completed.

Ongoing services (e.g., condominiums or short-term rentals): a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due at the end of the service.

In case of late cancellation or non-compliance, Fedroclean reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover operational costs.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Changes are always subject to schedule availability. Cancellations outside the acceptable time frame may result in partial or full charges for the scheduled service.

7. Limitations of Liability
Fedroclean is not responsible for indirect damages, delays caused by external factors, or incorrect information provided by the client.

The company's liability is limited to providing the contracted service under the previously agreed conditions.

8. Service Guarantee & Complaints
All services are delivered with professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail, in line with our quality standards.

If the client is dissatisfied, they may submit a complaint via email or phone within 48 hours of the service completion.

Fedroclean will assess the situation and, whenever possible, resolve it at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Fedroclean.

Use, reproduction, or copying of this content in whole or in part without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
Fedroclean reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates published on the website.

In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through appropriate means (e.g., email or website notice).
