Are cleaning products included?
Yes. Unless otherwise agreed with the client, Fedro provides all cleaning products and materials, prioritizing eco-friendly and sustainable options.
Are the products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use eco-labeled products and reusable materials whenever possible. We promote sustainable practices such as water conservation and waste separation.
Do you offer deep cleaning of appliances?
Yes. Deep cleaning includes hard-to-reach areas and appliances such as extractors, refrigerators, ovens, and others.
Do you clean sofas and carpets?
Yes. This service is priced per item and carried out with a water vacuum and specialized products for deep cleaning.
Do you offer regular cleaning plans?
Yes. The available cleaning plans are: daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
These plans offer the benefit of not only ensuring regular service, but also fostering a closer relationship with the service provider. We will do our best to ensure it’s always the same person, or, if multiple people are involved, at least one of them will always be the same.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Yes, regular plans typically have a 3-month contract, with no commitment required.

Payments and scheduling
How can I schedule a service?
You can schedule a service via phone, social media, email, or the forms on our website.
How is the quote provided?
The quote can be given via phone or message, depending on the service. It may also require a site visit for a more accurate and transparent pricing.
Is it possible to cancel or change a service?
Yes, we ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of a change, the new date and time will be subject to our availability at that moment.
How do payments work?
For regular plans, payment for the first service is made at the end of the intervention, and the subsequent payments, after the last service of the month, can be paid in full at the end of the month. For the daily plan, the first payment can be made after the first week of interventions.
For services priced by the hour or per intervention, a 30% deposit may be required upon scheduling confirmation, with the remaining balance paid after the service is completed. In some cases, full payment may be made at the end of the intervention.
How can I pay for the services?
We accept bank transfer, MBWay, and cash payments.
